For adults 18+ who can breathe freely through their nose. EPZO is not a treatment for snoring or sleep apnea.
The 2am problem
You hydrate. You brush your teeth. You get to bed on time.
But once you fall asleep, your lips may relax and fall open without you noticing.
By morning, your mouth feels dry, your lips feel sticky and your first thought is finding a glass of water.
You cannot remind yourself to keep your lips together while you are asleep.
EPZO provides a simple physical cue that works quietly in the background while you rest.
How it works
EPZO SleepStrips sit gently across your lips, encouraging them to remain together overnight.
There are no apps to monitor, devices to charge or complicated techniques to remember.
Simply confirm that your nose is clear, apply one strip and continue with your normal bedtime routine.
Make sure you can breathe completely and comfortably through your nose.
Place one strip over clean, dry lips before going to bed.
Let the strip provide a gentle closed-mouth cue while you sleep.
EPZO does not force your body to breathe differently or treat the reason your mouth opens. It simply supports a more intentional closed-mouth bedtime routine.
Product features
Lightweight cotton provides a flexible, low-profile feel around your lips.
Designed to remain in place during normal overnight movement while allowing controlled removal in the morning.
A simple alternative to bulky mouthpieces and improvised household tape.
No measuring or cutting. Each single-use strip is ready for bedtime or travel.
Safety Check
Before using your first EPZO SleepStrip:
1
Sit comfortably and close your lips naturally.
2
Breathe only through your nose for at least 60 seconds.
3
Confirm that your breathing feels clear, easy and unrestricted.
4
Apply the strip while awake and wear it for several minutes.
5
Remove it immediately if you feel anxious, uncomfortable or short of breath.
If you cannot breathe freely through your nose, do not use mouth tape.
This check is not a medical assessment or a substitute for professional advice.
How to Use
STEP 1 — PREPARE
Wash and completely dry your lips and the surrounding skin. Do not apply the strip over broken, irritated or heavily moisturised skin.
STEP 2 — CHECK
Make sure your nose is completely clear and that you can breathe comfortably with your lips closed.
STEP 3 — APPLY
Bring your lips together naturally. Centre the strip and press it gently into place. Do not stretch the strip or force your jaw shut.
STEP 4 — REMOVE
In the morning, loosen one edge and peel the strip away slowly. Each strip is intended for one use only.
Honest Expectations
We will not tell you that one strip can cure a sleep disorder, reshape your jawline, increase your oxygen or guarantee perfect sleep.
That isn't what EPZO is.
EPZO SleepStrips have one clear purpose: to make it easier for suitable adults to try a consistent closed-mouth bedtime routine.
Simple products should come with honest expectations.
