By accessing or purchasing from EPZO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of England and Wales. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site. We may occasionally update these terms, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only and must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it. You agree not to use the site in any way that infringes the rights of others or restricts their use and enjoyment of it. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the site at our discretion.

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take care to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, even after it has been confirmed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where goods are unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

As EPZO ships internationally from South Africa, we aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days, with delivery to the UK typically completed within 10–15 business days of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

As a UK consumer, you have the right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Alongside these statutory rights, we accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. As items are returned to South Africa, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the EPZO name and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to our intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPZO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. This does not affect the statutory rights you are entitled to as a UK consumer under UK consumer protection law, which continue to apply. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

We may update or amend these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. Any changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review these terms periodically, as your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
